1. Who we are
YoungP Live (youngplive.com) is owned and run by Youngpreneur Academy, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 93-2657679), PO Box 56, Saint George, SC 29477. It sells tickets and takes vendor, sponsor and show entry sign-ups for the Academy's fundraising events. Event proceeds support the Academy's mission.
2. Tax deductions
Tickets, show entries and vendor booths buy something of value (admission, a show spot, booth space), so they generally aren't tax-deductible. Sponsorships and donations may be partly or fully deductible: the deductible part is what you pay minus the fair market value of any goods or services you receive. We'll give sponsors a written acknowledgment. Ask your tax advisor about your situation.
3. Buying
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars and include any fees shown at checkout.
4. Your tickets
Your tickets live on a private link we give you after checkout and in your receipt email. Keep it private: anyone with the link can see and use your QR codes.
5. Sign-ups
Submitting a vendor, sponsor or car application doesn't guarantee a spot until it's approved and paid. We can decline any application.
6. Event policy
Refunds, conduct, weather and photo rules are on the Refunds & event policy page, which is part of these terms.
7. Liability
Car shows involve moving vehicles. You attend at your own risk and are responsible for your own vehicle and property. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost, stolen or damaged property.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
