Refunds & event policy

1. Tickets
All ticket sales are final. Tickets can't be refunded or exchanged unless the event is cancelled. Each QR code gets one person in, one time. Don't share screenshots of your tickets: the first scan is the one that counts.
2. Cancelled or moved events
If we cancel an event, you get a full refund to the card you paid with. If we move it to a new date or place, your tickets carry over; if you can't make the new date, email us within 14 days of the announcement for a refund.
3. Weather
Weather updates are posted on this site. The full weather plan will be shared before the event.
4. Show entries
We review every vehicle and Mini Motors entry. If we can't accept yours (for example, it's unsafe or doesn't fit a class), we refund it in full. Otherwise entry fees are non-refundable after you pay, but you can transfer your entry to another car for the same show by emailing us at least 7 days before the event. Cars must arrive during the staging window we send you. Burnouts, revving contests, speeding and unsafe driving get you removed without a refund.
5. Vendors
You only pay after your application is approved. Booth fees are non-refundable within 30 days of the event. Before that, you can cancel for a refund minus a 20% processing fee. Food vendors must have a valid health permit and follow local fire and safety rules. Booth spots are assigned by us.
6. Sponsors
Sponsorship terms, deliverables and deadlines are confirmed in writing for each sponsor. Artwork and logos must be sent by the deadline we give you to be included in printed materials.
7. Conduct
We may remove anyone who is unsafe, violent, or disrespectful to guests, staff or property, without a refund. Kids must be with an adult. No weapons, illegal drugs or outside alcohol.
8. Photos and video
The event is photographed and filmed throughout. Agreeing to the photo and video release is a condition of attending and taking part, for guests, show entrants, Mini Motors families, vendors, sponsors and volunteers. By attending, you agree we can use photos and video from the event to promote the event and Youngpreneur Academy, without payment.
